We aspire to be a an inclusive club with a diverse membership, encompassing all types or runners.

At 42, Graham began running to improve his fitness, starting with a challenging (if you are not a runner!) parkrun. Joining a club in London brought fresh motivation, new routes, and memorable events like the Parklands Relay. Now a veteran runner, he’s chasing personal bests and dreaming of qualifying for the Boston Marathon—proof that small steps can lead to great achievements.

Fiona joined Shufflers to explore her new area and connect with fellow runners, benefiting from the club's friendly atmosphere and skills sessions. Her proudest moment was completing "The Lap," a 75km ultra around Windermere, a perfect race in every way. Fiona loves the magic of night runs in Richmond Park, where deer cross her headtorch beam, and hopes to stay healthy, with a 100km challenge possibly on the horizon.

Since starting running in 2018 with a Couch to 5K program, Charlotte has embraced everything from parkrun to marathons and even the 100km Race to the Stones. She joined Sheen Shufflers in 2020, drawn by its inclusive vibe, and found a supportive community at all paces.
